Following the success of its inaugural tournament last year, this October sees the Farmfoods European Senior Masters return to the Forest of Arden Marriott Hotel & Country Club. This year’s dates have now been confirmed, and the event will take place between 4 –7 October 2018.
The championship will be sandwiched between the fellow Staysure Tour events, the Scottish Senior Open and Paris Legends Championship, and a whole host of golfing stars will be taking part at the event. Last year saw Welshman, Stephen Dodd, take home the title following a dramatic final day of action where he overcame Order of Merit winner Clark Dennis and ex-Ryder Cup captain Paul McGinley, in what was a fantastic debut event.
Plenty of golfing stars will be looking to follow in Dodd’s footsteps at this event, where a remarkable €200,000 is up for grabs for the tournament winner. Former European Tour winner, Peter Baker, is back as the tournament host, and the full list of professionals is set to be announced in the coming months.
