Irish golfing star, Paul McGinley, will be joining his fellow European Senior Tour stars at the Forest of Arden next month for the inaugural Farmfoods European Senior Masters.
The Ryder Cup hero returns to the West Midlands, the scene of one of his most famous triumphs – the 2002 win at the Belfry over the US team. He’s the first announced name to be joining tournament host Peter Baker, with a stellar cast of European Senior Tour stars to be revealed soon.
McGinley said: “I’m delighted to be returning to the region, the Forest of Arden is a great course and I’m looking forward to what I’m sure will be a tough, but enjoyable week.”
Having made his European Senior Tour debut earlier this summer at the WINSTONgolf Senior Open, McGinley will be participating in his first English European Senior Tour event.
